The subsea industry continues to be challenged with meeting cost, schedule, and resource availability. Numerous collaborative solutions have been proposed ranging from standardization initiatives led by industry organizations to vendor led solutions. The common goal is to bring value to both customer and contractor, moving from a transactional space to one providing balanced risk and rewards to each party. This panel will discuss some of the challenges and successes, where operators and contractors have leveraged these initiatives and the lessons learned to further improve collaboration across the industry.
