Adam Ballard is the Chief Data Scientist and a Senior Advisor for Endeavor Management, where he pulls on over 20 years of broad experience across the upstream oil and gas business. He has held roles across the upstream business from reservoir and wells through to the export, from site to boardroom, from access through production and decommissioning, and from the oil and activity set to the P&L statement.

Adam is a results-oriented Engineer with significant Operations and Management experience; known as a consistent team player with skilled technical abilities and bias to pragmatic, operational solutions. He is recognized for top-to-bottom technical understanding and integration of upstream oil and gas systems with strong predisposition for financial performance. Adam has a wide business spectrum with the ability to produce tactical solutions and development of strategic priorities. He also has a wide technical spectrum, able to quickly apply digital solutions to a range of technical problems. Adam interfaces extremely effectively across all disciplines and all levels of the company (from technician to executive) and is known for enabling high performing technical teams, providing prompt, clear, and concise direction and expectations.
Adam holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Willamette University (Oregon) and a PhD in chemical engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
