Sam Young joined Fieldwood Energy in 2018 to develop and manage their Deepwater Projects group, being responsible for new capital subsea developments and providing subsea operations support to existing assets in the Gulf of Mexico. Sam has 13 years’ experience in oil and gas and has held numerous positions involving subsea and topsides facilities engineering, fabrication, installation, production operations and decommissioning.

Prior to joining Fieldwood in 2018, Sam was employed by Noble Energy in varying roles from projects to production operations.
