The advance in digital technology is enabling new low-cost digital solutions for monitoring flowlines and risers systems. Application of digital solutions at Chevron demonstrated the value to integrity management, life extension, reduction of installation cost, and support of simplified field architecture to reduce operating cost. The digitalization made possible by stand alone or integrated system is shown to provide valuable insights to optimize operation, reduce intervention cost, and provide key intelligence for the flowlines and risers systems. The presentation will address the technology aspects, challenges, applications, results, and path forward visions.
