Cancellation Information: Reservations must be canceled more than 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date to avoid a charge of one night’s room & tax. In addition, a $55.00 processing fee will be assessed (by PCS) for all reservations cancelled on or after July 16, 2021.

The only official housing company for Subsea Tieback Forum & Exhibition is Preferred Convention Services. All other companies do not have any affiliation with Subsea Tieback Forum & Exhibition. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, Subsea Tieback Forum & Exhibition management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.
