Nikhil Shahane in his role as Global People Engagement Director is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement at TechnipFMC.

He has been with TechnipFMC for eight years in HR Leadership roles in Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. Before moving to Houston in July 2019 he was Vice President People & Culture, APAC based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nikhil takes keen interest in the subject of Diversity & Inclusion primarily owing to his international experience and profession but also owing to a research he did on multicultural diversity as part of his Masters at Cranfield School of Management, UK. He is on the HR advisory panel for Human Resources Magazine, Singapore and has been on the HR committee for Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and other associations in the past. Nikhil has been actively involved in several business and talent conferences in the Middle East and Asia Pacific as a speaker, moderator and participant.

In his spare time he plays tennis and follows Arsenal in the English Premiere League.
