William Taggart is a Senior Engineering Advisor for Murphy Exploration and Production, subsidiary of Murphy Oil located in Houston, Texas. He is presently FPS Delivery Manager for the King's Quay facility and was the Project Manager for the initial Dalmatian Development Project. Prior to joining Murphy, William was Lead Control System Engineer for the design and construction of major offshore oil/gas projects with a consulting. William has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas and Louisiana.
