Aaron Weber received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa in 2004. He began his oil and gas career working in equipment design at FMC Technologies and Dril-Quip. In 2008, Aaron accepted a project engineer role with Helix Energy Solutions Group Subsea Construction division. Eventually becoming Project Manager, Aaron was primarily responsible for supporting deepwater pipeline and SURF projects for various Gulf of Mexico independent operators. In 2012, he transferred to Energy Resource Technologies, a production company within the Helix ESG portfolio, and functioned as a facilities engineer supporting their deepwater construction efforts. In 2013, ERT was acquired by Talos Energy where Aaron is currently employed as Subsea Project Manager. With Talos, Aaron has managed a deepwater capital tieback program of 1-2 wells per year since 2014.
