Mike Ellis is Vice President of Subsea Projects at Oceaneeering International Inc, a global provider of engineered services and products with a primary focus on deepwater and offshore renewable applications.

Mr. Ellis joined Oceaneering in 1997 as graduate engineer supporting the design and construction Mobile Offshore Productions Systems and Subsea Systems. His primary technical expertise is in installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of subsea systems. Mr. Ellis has held progressively more responsible roles in engineering, commercial management and general management during his 20+ years with Oceaneering. Mr. Ellis was promoted to Vice President of Subsea projects in January of 2016 and is currently responsible for Oceaneering’s worldwide vessel based subsea projects business.

Mr. Ellis graduated from Texas A&M in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering and he serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the department at Texas A&M and the Advisory Board for Subsea Tieback Forum.
