Joey Clements is the Senior Commercial Director for McDermott with 16 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry. He has expertise on both the project and commercial side of the business including 12 years of offshore experience on installation vessels and assets.

Prior to joining McDermott in 2015, Joey led a team for a brownfield construction project at Williams. He also spent 11 years with Technip, leading teams in a variety of disciplines including engineering, projects, and commercial. Joey spent 7 years servicing projects in the Gulf of Mexico while based out of Houston and 4 years servicing projects in West Africa and Brazil while based out of Paris France.

Joey began his post collegiate career as a project engineer executing projects offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for Stolt Offshore.

Joey earned his bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married with 3 children, ages 10, 6, and 2, and enjoys playing the guitar, watersports and motorsports
