Mark Carter has worked as an engineer and executive in the offshore oil and gas business for more than 35 years. During the last 30+ years he has had responsibilities in subsea equipment and system engineering, field development planning, engineering and product management, commercial and marketing management, business development, M&A, and strategy with OneSubsea, where he is currently Vice-president, Integrated Solutions. He was also the OneSubsea lead for the founding alliance team with Subsea 7. Mark is a founding member of this board, serving in this capacity for over 20 years, is a founding and past member of the Subsea Tieback Foundation board and the UH Subsea Engineering advisory boards, and is a current founding member of the Subsea Engineering advisory board for Texas A&M University. He has a BSME degree from the University of Texas at Austin, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, is a certificated private pilot, and has numerous US and international patents.
