Francisco R. Garcia serves as Senior Vice President, Development and Engineering of Murphy Exploration & Production Company, a subsidiary of Murphy Oil Corporation. Garcia joined the Company in 2008 as Engineer in Training, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility. In 2022, he was named Vice President, Offshore Development. Garcia assumed his current role in 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Garcia also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
