Wayne Hand is a subsea production systems leader with nearly two decades of offshore energy experience spanning engineering and commercial strategy. As NSAM Early Engagement Manager at OneSubsea (SLB) in Houston, he works with operators to shape early field development concepts and mature subsea projects from study through FEED, delivering optimized solutions that improve project economics and overall viability across North and South America, including the Gulf of America.

Career highlights include leading the engineering of the OSPRAG Environmental Capping Stack and delivering OneSubsea’s first 15,000 psi Vertical Monobore Tree. He holds three U.S. patents, a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Leeds, and an MBA from the University of Huddersfield, England.
