Willy Pujol is the Manager of Quality & Integrity at Navitas, with over 17 years of experience in welding, subsea engineering, and quality management within the energy sector. He specializes in overseeing the full lifecycle of subsea developments—from design and fabrication to installation and long-term reliability—ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality execution.

His expertise includes subsea equipment, topside construction, and completion systems, supported by a strong foundation in materials, piping, tubing, and coatings. Willy is known for bridging engineering design with field execution to deliver practical, reliable solutions aligned with international codes and standards.

Prior to Navitas, he served as Global Manager of Quality & Reliability at Murphy Oil, leading reliability programs and strengthening quality frameworks across global operations. He also held senior roles at DeepSea QCI and Technip & TFMC, and began his career with Eiffage in France.

Willy holds engineering degrees in Materials Science and International Welding Engineering and is a certified IIW International Welding Engineer.
