Alisa is a seasoned professional, with over 15 years of engineering experience in offshore subsea and topside systems, specializing in the development and execution of Integrity Management programs. Her expertise encompasses asset sale support, subsea component risk assessments, regulatory and risk-based inspection planning, asset life extension, post-hurricane response, and comprehensive project management.

Throughout her career, Alisa has successfully driven Integrity Management programs for Gulf of America operations as well as international projects, supporting prominent operators such as BP, Noble Energy, Anadarko/Oxy, Freeport McMoran/FMOG, LLOG, and Fieldwood (QuarterNorth). Since joining Kosmos in 2019, she has expanded her expertise to include production engineering, plug and abandonment liability, planning and execution, and the management of critical spares.

Alisa holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her sons in their sports and outdoor activities.
