Gustavo Adolfo has his experience based on 37 y in O&G industry. He joined Petrobras in 1987 in the engineering department and has held several positions such as offshore lifting operations leader, developer of subsea unconventional inspection methods, subsea pipeline engineering manager and, since 2021, has been leading the R&D Subsea Engineering team at Petrobras Research Center. Gustavo’s background are Mechanical Engineering and Master’s in Materials Science (UFRJ/COPPE). He also got Master Business Petroleum tittle at COPPEAD/UFRJ and attended leadership program at MIT.
