Bio
Aidan Lynch is a senior engineering student at Texas A&M University focusing on civil engineering. In the summer of 2024, he interned with Quiddity Engineering’s Katy Land Development team.
Aidan was a student participant in the 2024 Subsea Tieback Forum Student Design Competition held in San Antonio, TX where he worked closely with team members and subject matter experts to develop an innovative solution to an industry related problem. Through this experience, he gained insight into the subsea energy industry as well as vast amounts of information on current technologies, infrastructure, and processes. Following the event, Aidan was invited to join the Student Design Competition Planning Committee where he serves along with industry professionals.
He currently serves as the Family Welcome Coordinator for the Texas A&M Muster Committee, where he leads the design and implementation of the Family Welcome Room, ensuring a streamlined check-in process for honored families and creating a memorable and meaningful experience. In 2022, he excelled as the Public Relations Chair for the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where he successfully directed public relations and community outreach initiatives. He developed and executed effective marketing strategies, managed a committee budget, and supervised a team of 26 committee members to achieve organizational goals and strengthen community engagement.
In his spare time, Aidan enjoys travelling, the outdoors, graphic design, learning new things, and doing work around the house.
