Lisa Heeralal has over 20 years’ experience as a Subsea SME in major worldwide Oil and Gas Operators. Lisa has worked in 3 major locations during this time, Houston (BP and Hess’s GOM deep water assets, Equatorial Guinea, Denmark Business Unit), Aberdeen (Chevron, British Gas and BBL North Sea Assets), and Trinidad and Tobago (National Gas Company, BHP Billiton, and BP).

Lisa joined Hess in 2014 where she holds the Lead Subsea Integrity role for the GOM core integrity team at Hess Corporation. Lisa’s overall responsibility at Hess is to deliver, manage and lead a world class subsea integrity management program contributing to Hess’s company’s objective for production, safety and health of the environment and meeting regulatory compliance including delivery of sanctioned Field Life Extension projects.

Lisa holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, MSc in Reliability and Risk Engineering from the University of Aberdeen Scotland and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with 2 Institutes of Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and IMAREST (Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology) since 2011. Lisa has reviewed several technical Pipeline/Subsea technical papers in international journals.
