Matthew joined ExxonMobil in 2012 after graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, he was transferred to St. John’s, Newfoundland to support the execution of the Hibernia Southern Extension and Unit BNA subsea tieback projects. In 2017, he returned to Houston to support Liza Phase 1 subsea engineering works. Prior to his current role, Matthew rotated to Guyana to plan and supervise operations onboard multi-purpose support vessels (MPSVs). In 2021, Matthew moved to Guyana to manage the team responsible for the fleet of four MPSVs operating on all greenfield and brownfield scopes across the exploration and development activities in Guyana.
