Rodney Hicks is a Subsea Engineering Advisor at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Rodney graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and has over 21 years of industry experience. He has worked on many deepwater subsea projects including Horn Mountain Deep, Horn Mountain West, Marlin D11/SS7/KPCU, Lucius LSDP, and Constellation. Rodney is currently the Subsea Lead for the Marco Polo K2 Subsea Pump Project.
Prior to Occidental, Rodney has also worked on Eni Petroleum Longhorn, Appaloosa, Triton and Devil’s Tower Southwest projects as well as Freeport-McMoRan’s KOQV and Holstein Deep projects.
