David Bryant has over 20 years of experience in a variety of project management leadership roles. He currently serves as the Senior Project Manager for future SURF developments in Guyana. His responsibilities include engineering, execution planning, and contracting for all SURF activities in Guyana prior to project sanction. He is also responsible for administration of Guyana frame agreements for SURF deliveries throughout the asset life cycle.
Prior to this role, David was seconded in his two previous assignments – serving as the Project Manager for HMDC’s subsea tieback to Hibernia in E. Canada, followed by assignment as the Technical Manager for Equinor’s Bacalhau development in Brazil. Prior to those secondments, David worked on a variety of projects ranging from subsea tie-backs in Australia, the offshore pipeline in Papua New Guinea, and the Hebron GBS in E. Canada.
Prior to joining ExxonMobil, David served as an Engineering Officer in the United States Army. David holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy.
