Sam Fowler is a subsea project manager at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Sam graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and has over 21 years of industry experience. He has worked on many deepwater subsea developments including GC 518, Genghis Khan, Blind Faith, Caesar Tonga Phase 1 & 2, Heidelberg, Ticonderoga, K2 and Constellation. Sam is currently the Project Manager for the Caesar Tonga Subsea System Expansion Project.
