Chuck Horn has more than forty years of experience in the areas of subsea, deepwater, marginal field and floating production systems in the offshore oil and gas industry. The positions he has held include Systems Engineer, Department Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director.

He has written and presented papers for OTC and other technical forums, organized and chaired sessions at industry technical forums, and authored articles for industry publications. He has organized and conducted numerous subsea production system schools, and lectured at local universities.
