Srikanth Ramasubramanian has been providing contract engineering services to bp with roles and responsibilities in subsea umbilical and control systems for engineering and project delivery scopes. Srikanth serves as bp Subject Matter Expert for subsea electrical (low and high-power systems) and optical connection systems on various projects. He was the Lead Engineer for delivering system hardware for a deep water project with electrical heat trace flowline and another involving wet tree distributed acoustic sensing system. Srikanth has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV with Thesis in Portable Optical Moiré Interferometer Design and Development. Srikanth holds various patents in electrical and optical connection systems.
