Don Underwood has been in the energy industry for more than 35 years and, since 2018, is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dril-Quip, Inc.. Before joining Dril-Quip, he was the Vice President of Subsea Processing at TechnipFMC. While at TFMC, he served in a number of executive leadership roles including General Manager of first Surface, then the Subsea business; President of FMC Brazil; Subsea Operations Director; and Technical Director for the Loading systems business.
Mr. Underwood has spent some 20 years in expat roles working in Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific.
He started his career as a Product Engineer after he earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981.
